and aftercare.

Weight Loss Clinic provides an aftercare programme for people
who have received weight loss treatment elsewhere and need the
services and support of dedicated weight loss treatment
specialists.
The first step is a comprehensive initial consultation with
Consultant Surgeon David Hewin to discuss your medical history,
to confirm your weight loss goals and highlight any queries or
concerns.
Mr Hewin will provide an honest and professional opinion, based
on his experience and best practice. If necessary, a medical
examination will be performed, including measurements and
photography. This forms an important part of your medical
assessment.
For patients requiring laparoscopic gastric band adjustments,
these will be carried out under x-ray screening and followed by
a consultation with our Registered Dieticians.
Patients with an intragastric balloon can join our carefully
supervised aftercare programme.
